Harm reduction
Safe Night Fairies is a collective dedicated to harm reduction in nightlife. We create a space where freedom and care coexist. No judgment, no conditions — just support.
Information about substances and safer practices. Distribution of clean materials for risk reduction. A chill-out zone away from the noise — a safe space to rest and recover. Help with difficult moments, bad trips, and crisis support.
Our team includes trained harm reduction workers and medics on-site. We're here to listen, not judge. If you experience harassment or need support, we've got you. Your privacy and well-being are our priority.
Camping grounds
A designated camping area is located just 100 meters from the festival grounds, set on a grassy meadow. You can place your tent there for 100 CZK per night/tent and 50 CZK per night/person. Camping tickets are available at the entrance, at the same window where you collect your festival wristband.
Accommodation in Tábor — As the festival site is located in close proximity to the city center of Tábor, visitors can also explore a range of local accommodation options within walking distance.
There will be a cloakroom by the entrance, and a shower located at the site.
Transport& Parking
First, we'd like to remind visitors that the festival grounds are located 1.8 km from the Tábor train station. We highly recommend using train or bus transportation, which is more environmentally friendly, easier on the city of Tábor, and often more cost-effective for you as well.
If you still prefer to arrive by car, please note that parking is not available on-site or in the immediate vicinity of the festival. Access by car is restricted to vehicles with prior authorization and we recommend parking at Parkoviště Jordánská →, approximately a 10-minute walk from the festival grounds.
A festival-long parking pass can be purchased via GoOut → for CZK 500 (+GoOut service fees). When ordering, please include your licence plate number in the order notes. Please note that parking capacity is limited — once the lot is sold out, no further parking will be available there.
Parking lot access hours:
Friday: 10:00 – 22:00
Saturday: 10:00 – 19:00
Sunday: 10:00 – 16:00
If Parkoviště Jordánská is full, alternative public parking options include the lot at Zimní stadion Tábor → (~15-minute walk) and other municipal options listed at Parking Tábor →.
Please do NOT use street parking close to the festival grounds. The city of Tábor has strict parking regulations, and parking in unauthorized areas can lead to fines or towing. We also want to be good neighbors and avoid causing inconvenience to local residents.

Food& Drinks
This year's food lineup covers everything from wood-fired pizza to fresh smoothies — meat, veg, vegan, quick bites, and proper meals. Our bars will be stocked throughout the event with a selection of beers, soft drinks, and other refreshments, and free drinking water will be available on site.
Born out of a simple belief: a multi-day party can't survive on vibes alone. Skaut Pizza brings Neapolitan-style dough — fermented for at least 32 hours — baked in a wood-fired oven with quality Italian and local ingredients. Hits the spot in any state, at any hour. Making its third appearance at Transforma this year.
A mobile Indian kitchen run by Padma — born in India, raised in Nepal, cooking in Czechia. Ama serves vegan and vegetarian snacks and mains you won't find at your average Czech Indian restaurant. Organic ingredients, fresh vegetables, Ayurvedic principles. The real deal.
A family-and-friends operation from Slivenec bringing vegan, vegetarian, and meat dishes inspired by cuisines from around the world. Food made for hungry festival-goers. See you there!
The festival snack window. Classic South Bohemian hot dog or a vegan version — both available deep into the night. Quick fuel between sets or a warm rescue on the way to your sleeping bag. Open till the early hours. Warm dogs and cats until morning.
Fresh smoothies, ice creams, and good coffee. A necessary stop for a dose of fruit, refreshment, and caffeine. Got surplus fruit? Bring it along — we'll turn it into something delicious.
Local first, always with a reason. Expect a raspberry sour from Obora, a proper South Bohemian Kamenice 10° on tap, craft beer from Chroust, fruit brandy from a family distillery in Třeboň, and an artisanal mezcal that traveled all the way from Mexico. Plus kombucha, cyder, and the festival classic — Vincentka for the morning after.
Safety& Awareness
Do you feel unwell? Did you get hurt? Go to / ask someone to walk you to the harm reduction booth for help.
Did you experience or witness any kind of harassment? Talk to anyone wearing a walkie-talkie, bartenders, photographers, security guards, our staff or harm reduction booth personnel.
Check our map to find out where bars / harm reduction booth / entrances with security guards are.
In case you cannot find anyone mentioned, ask someone around you for help. We are a community and we take care of each other. If you see someone who is feeling unwell, overdosed, unconscious, scared/confused, ask them if they need help. Care.
Non-negotiables
No fires in the camping grounds or anywhere around the festival – there will be a fireplace inside the festival for you to warm yourselves up.
Dogs are not allowed at the festival. We love dogs, and we believe that festivals with never-ending loud music is not a healthy place for them.
Consumption of any illegal psychoactive substances is prohibited.
No sharp objects or glass bottles inside the festival.
Don't leave trash anywhere inside the festival area or the camping grounds. Use ashtrays. Sort trash accordingly.
No homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, sexism, racism, or discrimination of any kind. If you witness or experience any such behaviour, speak up and report it immediately. We take these matters very seriously and will take appropriate action to ensure they do not occur again.
Ask for consent. Festivals are often sought out for their hedonistic experiences, and Transforma is no exception. If you choose to engage in such interactions, ensure that all parties involved fully understand what is happening and enthusiastically agree. Respect boundaries – consent is essential. Also, not everyone wants to be witnesses to such acts. Make sure to keep them in private.
Breaking any of these non-negotiables can be punished by removal from the festival grounds and could possibly lead to a life-time ban.
About us
Transforma is a cultural festival in the South Bohemian town of Tábor, founded in 2016. As the organizers, our main concern from the beginning has been to symbiotically connect to the strong local cultural background and its creative blending with wider scenes from the Czech Republic and abroad. Careful line-up construction is a key process for us to bring visitors the best possible balance of diverse directions and approaches, regardless of genre limits. We don't want to rely on headliners, but on an organic whole made up of interesting personalities and groups. At Transforma, this is to be closely intertwined with the genius loci of Tábor's Cesta, an old mill with a rich tradition of alternative culture, which has become our main base.
In addition to improving the core of the programme at Cesta, however, we remain true to our original philosophy, which emphasises the festival's intertwining with the city itself and its diverse and often neglected corners. We continue our efforts to show the potential of possible use of the historically valuable and until recently dilapidated Křižíkova elektrárna and to enliven the main part of the dramaturgy with an accompanying programme spread around the city. Visitors can look forward to exhibitions, author readings, lectures, local gastronomy, skate jam or alleycat.
This event is supported by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic and the town of Tábor.
